The yoga classes I lead are based on two things. Intuition and Energy. I also call it presence practice, because it is always the given group and moment that decides the quality of practice. 

The focus is on the inner world, resulting in a clear, unity experience.

The basics of my yoga teaching and practice are the yin, tantric (energetic), and hatha tendencies.

I see everyone in my classes with infinite love.
