After a short introduction, we do a joint cleansing breathing exercise, bringing ourselves into the present with concentration! Then we bring the chakras into the space of their conscious presence, cleaning them one by one and filling them with energy!

The meditation itself is about 35 minutes! It is recommended to do the exercise in sitting position!
