Holotropic Transbreathing

Thursday I 20 July I 16:00
Barn

Trans-breathing or holotropic breathing is an intensive breathing technique that is capable of inducing a trance state, and in the meantime it is also possible to release certain stuck, blocking energies and traumas. It differs from psychotherapy treatments in that it does not take place at the level of the mind, but rather brings deeper subconscious feelings to the surface, even without us knowing anything about them, sensing them with our conscious self.

Its effect is further enhanced by the accompanying music, which I accompany with a shaman's drum, and in addition to the rhythmic drumming helping to achieve trance, it also helps to maintain the rhythm of breathing.

Humanity has been using breathing, instrumental and other music (drumming, chanting) for centuries, even thousands of years, for the work of shamans, healing and initiation ceremonies. During the process of trance breathing, we do not have to hold back, and it is worth expressing everything that the process brings out of us.

Be it screaming, laughing, babbling, animal sounds, chanting or speaking in other languages.

It is important not to limit our body's reactions either, dare to grimace, tremble, twitch, and twist the body. It is worth the commitment, because in the end we will be lighter from tons of stress, we will look at ourselves and the world differently.

I am looking forward to the holotropic trance-breathing with the shaman drum.
