Bio:

Sisters Voice Music is a women's musician community, workshop and concert series. A grassroots initiation: base band with open jam, community-building improv music games and room concert programs. Their events are dog-friendly, kid-friendly, mom-friendly and veggie/vegan-friendly.

Sisters Voice started in January 2022 in the Manyi’s community hall, then moved to the Ellátó bar. The nine-member basic band and the 60 female musicians who joined them have had 40 events so far: their own concerts and jam sessions, but they have also appeared at exhibitions, women's open-jams in Vienna, at the HUG handpan and the Organix festivals. Founder-main organizer: Szilvia Tóth (HUG Festival co-organizer), co-founders: Telma Lincoln and Bogi Báthory.
