Zsofi is a holistic bodyworker and Reiki Master who's spent the last 3 years in Bali, creating a new home on the Island of Gods. Learning and practicing different healing modalities for over 15 years, Zsofi’s passion for Zen Shiatsu treatment has remained unbroken. She's been initiated into Reiki and other energy healing methods as well (such as a South-American shamanic energy healing called Munay-Ki). She has her loving spiritual path since 2007 when got initiation into Kriya yoga, then spent almost 4 months in India in a Kriya Ashram to deepen her practice into meditation.
She is performing mostly private healing sessions but has been blessed to share her presence in cacao ceremonies and private events. Her aim is to liberate blocked energies, improve the body’s ability to heal itself and bring harmony between the physical, emotional, and spiritual world.
Zsófi is working as a therapist at Alchemy Holistic Clinic and co-creating Reiki Sound Journeys with her friend for groups at Pyramids of Chi in Bali, Indonesia.
On the HUG festival Zsofi is offering a special healing treatment called Subsonic Shiatsu (combination of Shiatsu, Reiki energy healing and relaxing audio-vibrational therapy).

SubSonic Shiatsu is a special healing treatment, combines binaural beats (from 14 Hz to 1 Hz) and solfeggio frequency ambient sounds, a sense of slow vibrating sub bass waves and Zen Shiatsu therapy with Reiki energy healing.
By the use of healing sounds and vibrational therapy this method helps to balance the body and affects the conscious and subconscious mind in order to stimulate self healing and promote vitality.
