Where do we feel safe? Sometimes it can be difficult to find.
Is someone too close? Do we begin to lose ourselves? Or are they so far away that the connection disappears?
When we know where our boundaries are, it becomes possible to be together without losing ourselves in the other person.
Closeness can sometimes feel uncomfortable or even frightening. Yet when our boundaries are clear, closeness can also become a source of safety. And as relationships evolve, these boundaries may naturally shift and change.
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore your boundaries from the perspective of the present moment. Within a safe and supportive space, you can discover where your sense of self remains intact, where connection with others becomes possible, and where the experience of “we” begins to emerge—while still remaining fully yourself.
Come and explore how connection and individuality can coexist, and where your own balance lies between nearness and distance.
