Laura learned the Face Yoga method directly from its creator, the Japanese expert Fumiko Takatsu, and for the past five years has been sharing this holistic practice of beauty and well-being under the name Mirrorland Face Yoga.
The workshop begins with breathing exercises and posture alignment, followed by techniques to release tension stored in the face. Through playful, uplifting, and often humorous Face Yoga poses, we tone, awaken, and detoxify the facial muscles while improving circulation and natural radiance.
As we practice, a deeper connection with ourselves begins to unfold—because our faces reflect not only the outside world, but also our inner landscape.
