Transbreathing ceremony with live Jam

Gabor Szűcs (Gauranga)
Thursday | 20 July | 11:00
Water stage

Trans-breathing or shamanic breathing is an intense hyperventilation breathing technique, as a result of which we can easily get into an altered state of consciousness and facilitate the resolution of traumas and blocks hidden in our subconscious, after which our mind becomes more open to spiritual experiences and self-knowledge. We will perform the first block of trance breathing while standing and dancing, everyone can move with closed eyes as dictated by their trance state. Dance and rhythmic music multiply the effect of the trance state, and at the same time help to avoid muscle spasms and unpleasant physical symptoms that often occur during supine trance breathing.

In the second part of the journey, we will continue trance breathing while lying down, accompanied by the sounds of music, and thus we can reach even deeper regions of our subconscious. We close the intensive breathing and inner work with quietness and lying down relaxation.

Trans-breathing is contraindicated in the following cases:
Pregnancy, heart and circulation problems (e.g. previous heart attack or stroke, high blood pressure), eye, lung or nervous system complaints, epilepsy, drug and alcohol addiction, pregnancy, tendency to tetany convulsions, diagnosed or suspected psychiatric problems - panic, phobia, depression, schizophrenia, psychosis, delusions, borderline syndrome, bipolar personality disorder, etc.
If you have these and still want to participate in the event, be sure to consult with Gauranga Dass beforehand.

Preparations: Try not to eat solid food that day, or just have a light breakfast. Bring a bottle of water, tissue, yoga mat or polyfoam and blanket. You can also bring lip balm to prevent dry mouth. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.

I am Gauranga Das - yoga instructor, sound therapist and apprentice shaman. I was introduced to yoga and pranayama when I was 18, and meditation and spirituality when I was 19. I started on the path of shamanism under the guidance of János Majercsik Oguz, and as a student of Peruvian healers and shamans, I learned about the use of medicines and Inca ceremonies. I received my shaman initiation in Peru from the Apaza family.
