Bodywork movement meditation workshop

If you lack touch, closeness, embrace, then here you will have the opportunity to give it to yourself and others as well.
During our movement-music session, you can experience the power of touch and deep attention. You can find out what the comfortable closeness-distance is for you, what are the movements, touches, connections you need.
In safe and free encounters, you will have the opportunity to recharge, flow and be present in your body.


What happens in the session?
We move to music, where individual, pair and group exercises provide the starting point. Movement meditation is not a dance, but an inward movement.
Any movement focused on your body that comes from you “here and now” is included, be it a squatting in a corner or a joyful connection with someone.

What is the method good for?
-Self-knowledge to develop and to overcome our blocking relationship patterns.
-A conscious presence, because our movements born of inward attention help to get closer to ourselves, to get into our body, to pay attention to its signals, to live our borders.
- For recharging: Connections, touches, acceptance towards us, help to fill the gaps in mental and physical intimacy.
- To improve our creativity, because we can experiment with new movements and new solutions in the safe space of the group.


Who are we:

Ildikó Garda psychologist, psychodrama assistant, graphologist
It is occupied by the diversity of human manifestations, the attention to each other, the healing power of true connection. Autenticity is important to me, my professional knowledge is complemented by deep self-knowledge work.
I lead self-knowledge groups, using psychodramatic, movement and art therapy tools, and I help those who turn to me through individual counseling.

I embarked on a path of self-knowledge and healing for many years and then began to help others as well. My goal is to support people in experiencing a deeper connection and intimacy with themselves and each other.
I hold women’s circles, movement meditations, yoga classes and I also accompany my clients in individual processes.
